Open daily until 23 January from 10 am. No bookings. This pop-up restaurant is inspired by executive chef Markus Werner’s love of fresh, seasonal produce. The menu features grass and grain fed beef, prepared perfectly and served with fresh accompaniments.

Here is a flavour of what you can expect:

  • Grass Fed Stockman’s Valley Dry Aged Rib Eye on the bone (350g) with chili jam & wasabi leaves.
  • Grain Fed Darling Downes Scotch Fillet Steak (300g) with red onion jam & witlof salad.
